All the scale of food security are coated by the Journal, from production, to stability, to access , stocks, markets and commerce , as well as the nutritional value of food. We particularly value submissions that take an artificial view of the science, sociology and economics of food manufacturing, agricultural growth, access to food, and diet. Food Security is a wide viewers, interdisciplinary, international journal devoted to the procurement, access , and quality of food, in all its dimensions. Scales range from the person to communities, and to the world food system.
